Extension mobility on 7961 and 7975

Hello,

I am looking for assistance on Extension Mobility. We currently have several sites with different phones. When I try to log in to Extension Mobility on a 7975 with the profile as a 7961 I am only seeing the first 2 line appearances, but on the 7961 it is working fine. Is there a way to setup a universal login for every model so the users can login to both 7961 and 7975 without issue?

you need to configure default device profiles for each and every model you plan to use, that is covered under the EM guide
