Dear Sir,
Please advise how to implement FAC in 1 publisher and 2 subscriber structure. Attached is the diagram. Please advise. thank you.

Hi chialun,
Basically you will need to create your FAC codes and enable the Route Patterns to use them.
Normally will be used in the Route Patterns for the PSTN but you will find more info here:
