Facing Issue to Sync newly created users in AD with CISCO CUCM for Cisco Jabber

Hi,

we are using CISCO CUCM 11.0 in our environment. for Jabber Video Communication.

Recently we created new users in Active directory for cisco Jabber , and  we are unable to find AD users in CUCM after  performing   CUCM sync with AD,.

anyone has any idea about it.

we are facing this issue after migrating MS Exchange mail Solution to Zimbra.  All users that are already synced working ok.

Does users have a last name configured?

Or if you're using a custom LDAP filter, do they match that filter?

Does the account used for the LDAP integration has read privileges over them?

You can review LDAP sync logs to see what might be happening.
