Have upgraded two call managers (publisher,subscriber) to version 3.1 WebAttendant software installs ok and appears to logon, when we try to go online the client cannot find the 7960 IP phone. Database finds users ok.
I have set the IP address in the client WebAttendant to point at the subscriber.

Have you checked the MAC address in the Webattendant configuration?

Have confirmed the mac address of the IP phone in the client set-up. All looks correct.

Had the same problem. The install notes should say to restart the servers again after the upgrade is finished. That solved our WA login problems.
