Unfortunately, no. The product configuration document lists all the GammaFax cards on it and these are the only ones you can run on the box with Unity. Some of the Brooktrout cards didn't "play nice" in the Unity box with our other voice cards (Dialogic and NMS) so we had to exclude them.
That said, in Unity 2.4 you can run ActiveFax in a two box configuration and so long as the fax server is not on the same box with the voice cards, you can install any card supported by Interstar. AV doesn't stock these cards but you can get them on your own.
