Features need to be understand in CUCM

hi all,

i see some features in Device phone page , but i can not understand what is the point of it, like:

- Wideband Headset UI Control

- Wideband Headset

- Allow EnergyWise Overrides

- Revert to All Calls
- Enable Audible Alert

How would someone outside of your environment be able to tell you how to use something to add value to you?

Like @Jonathan Schulenberg wrote the contextual help has an explanation for every one of these parameters.

@Jonathan Schulenberg is referring to the built-in help in CUCM. In the "Product Specific Configuration Layout" area click on the yellow question mark. That will bring up a pop-up help where you can read about each field. Note that in the case of "Revert to All Calls" (as well as some other features) you'll want to do a full search in the text of the pop up. Another feature "Provide Dial Tone from Release Button" interacts with "Revert to All Calls". 

Let us know what specific questions you have or if what you read needs clarification.

what i mean is get more info for these features to add in my environment.

these are general info for every one!
