First of all, good afternoon!
My name is Jheferson,
I use UCCX v11.5 (1) here in the company and am having a hard time with Finesse. When I click on "Team Data" or "Queue Data" the information that should appear does not appear.
Can someone help me??

I got it fix the bug, the root cause it was a service Live Data Streaming, that was out.

Are you using Signed certs or Self Signed? If self signed you have to accept all the exceptions first.
Do you get an error? Can you post a ScreenShot?
Also I never have luck with IE. If using IE, try Firefox or Chrome.

I used some certifieds, but all they are in the exceptions.
