We have a serious problem. Since a couple of months (late November) every first new created Webex meeting per day has a blank link. Before this time we had no issues.
Outlook 2016 (16.0.4639.1000)
Citrix 7.13
Webex productivity tools 32.8.0.39 and higher (current 32.10.0.40)
Every first new webex meeting on a day does not contain a link. Each subsequent new Webex meeting does contain a link. And this problem therefore repeats every day!
We have tried to get trace logs and have Cisco to investigate this problem. But due to a unsupported mismatch in Webex PT an Citrix, no further investigation will be done. Even! Cisco has confirmed the problem.

When you use Webex productivity tools some XML files are create in the appdata/local/Webex/…The XML files contain an encryption on what host these files are created.
So on a local PC this is always OK
So why does it not work on Citrix?
In Citrix it does the same file creation and encrypt to a host you are logged on to. But!!
When you sign out in Citrix and relogon again you could be logged on to another citrix host.
What then will happen is that the files in your /appdata/local/Webex/… are encrypted to the former host you were logged on to.
That means when you create a first new webex meeting the files do not match you host encryption and the webex appiontment in the calendar is not correct.
Solution:
When the user signs out, or when the process signs out the session of the user, we will clear the appdata/local/webex/…….
Then on sign in the correct files will be created again and encrypted for the host you have signed on.
