I found that the time after the forward setting ( either buzy , or no answer ) in each Directrory number is a fixed parameter in the CCM , which means that if I choose 15 sec. this will be applied to all managers chossing to forward thier calls to thier secretaries .
The problem here is I got many complains as some need it to be 5 secs other more ... And I think they have the right for that .
Is there any way to do that with my CCM 3.3.4 .

I think you have that feature in CCM 4.0
