Forward voice call to external line at scheduled time

hi

How to set up call forward to external number at scheduled time example daily 18:00 to 18:30 in Call manager version 7?  At the moment, we can do manual forward from phone forward key or at user admin url.  Any quick way to set up this forwarded.
