Callers cannot be forwarded to voice mail accounts. My version of Unity is Cisco Unity Connection version: 9.1.1.20000-32. Where can I start to troubleshoot this issue? Is it in Call Manager or Unity? Help!!!

What type of integration is there between CUCM and Unity CxN SIP or SCCP. Are the VM ports registered in case of SCCP integration, what about CSS on the ports there are so many things to look at depending how the integraton had been done.
Can you call the VM pilot number directly and does it go to VM then. Is the issue happening for exernal callers or internal as well. Review your complete integration again from the scratch else provide the detailed information as much as you can what the exact issue you are facing there.
