Is anyone finding that Free Webex Teams clients seem to just go unreachable for a while?
We've a customer that has room units and internal Jabber clients that make calls to off-net sites and services, via an on prem Expressway MRA cluster.
The offnet sites are normally the customer's Webex domain and other B2B video products, bu they also have a lot of customer's that use the Free Webex Client.
Intermittently they have issues where calls to Free Webex Teams Clients get 487 terminated on call attempt (i.e. seems like the call is cancelled or dropped). During this time, their licensed Webex Domain and other off-net services work fine.
I'm aware that the terms of service for Free Webex say that the service can stop working at any time, but has anyone else experienced this?
Does status.webex.com monitor the Free Webex service?
Is there a Free Webex Service monitoring page that will say when the service is offline or online?
