Hello.

Under what circumstances I get on the Phone LCD

following string "From Private" ?

And how I can chnge this behavior.

When you make an internal call and your callerid is blocked. You can block callerid for internal calls using partition, calling search space and translation patterns.

I don't suppose you'd mind telling us how to configure it so "from private" comes up. For a while i've been wanting to do this?

Check this post of mine. And instead of translation pattern XXXX, configure it like 3XXX or 4XXX, if your extensions starts with 3 or 4 suppose.

If you have not configured your system to show "From Private" as suggested above, you might be running into this bug, which we ran into.
