Where could I find a document with all service parameters and their descriptions? For example, CM online elp system does not have a description for "ConnectedStationsKeepAliveCount".
What I'm trying to find is . . . is there a way to keep the phones up for a certain amount of time (during a reboot of the CM server) or should they always reset after a reboot?

Page 17 of the troubleshooting guide http://www.cisco.com/univercd/cc/td/doc/product/voice/c_callmg/3_0/tsurl.htm lists many of them but I dont think the list is complete. Im guessing many of the service parameters are in place for Ciscos engineering so they may be undocumented. All Ciscos docs are listed at http://www.cisco.com/cgi-bin/Support/PSP/psp_view.pl?p=Software:Cisco_Call_Manager. Have you looked in the Cisco Press books? They might list them there as well.
