Hi,
My friend is facing this problem ->
He doesn't have Ground start signalling, so he could not test with this solution,But he has verified other 2 solutions, "Power Denial" and "Supervisory tone disconnect". Its not solving his problem.
If the call is unanswered, Call is not getting disconnected.
He has tried the same ->
http://www.cisco.com/en/US/partner/tech/tk652/tk653/technologies_tech_note09186a00800ae2d1.shtml
and
After trying the above given solutions, now he has pegged at this ->
Finally what I understood today is,
When We disconnect the Extension phone of PBX, the PBX is not sending any ON-HOOK signal or Disconnect siganl to the router, so the router is not giving any Disconnect signal at FXS port...
I tried to configure the Custom Cptone's and tried, but I could not get the exact Frequency for the PBX which the customer is using..The same is not available in the manual of PBX, and there is nothing of DISCONNECT...Only available are
BUSY, RINGBACK, HOLD, WAIT, FACILITIES, Number -Notobtainable..
All suggestions are welcome.
