Hello all,
I have previous exp. on VoIP-Legacy PBX technology.My new job demands to be thorough in configuration and installation of enterprised IP Telephony ( Cisco IP Phone , Cisco Call Managers ) solutions as we are deploying the same in our company.I am in big mess , I don't know where to start. Can anyone tell me how to configure IP Phone , set up Call Managers. Atleast detailed documentation would help in this Regards,

Nobody was born in this world with IPTel skill sets..so your best bet is to ask your company to send you for training in IPTelephony..The classes you are looking for are CIPT, CUSA (Unity system admin), CVoice, DQOS etc..You can find all documentation here...
