Global changes to subscriber profiles possible?

I came into an organization after they had already set up their Unity system and added all their users. Now they want to make a change to allow inbound callers to skip the voicemail greeting by pressing "1". Is it possible to make this change globally? I'd hate to have to go into each subscriber and make this change.

Sure... you can do this in the BulkEdit tool no problem - not sure what version of Unity you're running but you can go snag the appropriate version of BulkEdit off www.CiscoUnityTools.com.
