We are using Final Cut Pro to export all our video content for our digital signage on our campus. We have tried numerous times to export an H.264 video with various settings and can't get any of them to work. Does anyone know what we could be doing wrong? It is clearly stated that the 4400G supports MPEG 4 part 10 which is clearly H.264 video. Any help anyone could give us would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.

Jonathan,
This should work if you use the correct settings in FCpro. Please relay to us which settings
the you are using for H264 when rendering the files. Also, verify that you are using the
mpeg-ts container wrapper for the media content.
You can also download a media content analyzer at:
http://mediainfo.sourceforge.net/en
and then evaluate the media file and copy\paste the TEXT view into a text file and
attach to this discussion.
Also, please defined the symptoms or issues that you are seeing with the FCpro
files playing on the DMPs. And if you have a small sample file to upload that
would also assist in narrowing down the issue.
Thanks
T.

Ok, I'm pretty sure I'm not using a mpeg-ts wrapper. How do you do that from FCpro? Here is what MediaInfo spit out regarding my test video file that will not work:
