I have a CCX cluster that is doing a DATA dump to a SSRS server and the Data does not appear to be accurate.

I do believe, you would like to have external Reporting tool.
Like Wallboard.

You can also check how to get connected to the historical data of UCCX from 3rd party tools.
At the end 3rd party tool should querry UCCX DB to get new data.
