HDMI behaviour after standby period of C20

Dear All,

Why the C20 terminal provides a black video on my video capture card after standby period of C20 ?

Have you any suggestions to solve this problem ??

Hi,

Do you mean the c20 hdmi output 1 is connected to the video capture card or the camera is connected directly to the video capture card?

Also, do you mean that when you wake up the system from the standby mode, your video capture card gets black video?

Yes, It's exactly the case.

Hi,

Firstly, use the latest software release if you are not doing so and check if you still have this issue.

Secondly, you can telnet to the codec and check if the codec is getting input from the camera on HDMI 1 after waking up.

or rather connect the codec diretly to a display screen and see if you have this issue.
