Hello,
I would like to know if the headset GN2000 is compatible with the telephone CISCO 7911.
I switched the headset with the handset. When testing it, I could hear what the other person was saying but he couldn't hear me.
Is it a problem with the compatibility, configuration or the micro is broken?

As explained, you'd need to look directly with the 3rd party if they did test that model.
