headset GN2000 compatibility with CISCO 7911

Hello,

I would like to know if the headset GN2000 is compatible with the telephone CISCO 7911.

I switched the headset with the handset. When testing it, I could hear what the other person was saying but he couldn't hear me.

Is it a problem with the compatibility, configuration or the micro is broken?

As explained, you'd need to look directly with the 3rd party if they did test that model.

the GN2000 is not compatible with a 7911 as it has a USB. The JABRA GN2100 however 'is' supported but required a Electronics Hook Switch (EHS) see the following for more information https://www.jabra.co.uk/business/contact-center-headsets/jabra-gn2100
