Help exporting all MACs and DIDs w/ external phone number mask

I'd really like a list of more settings, but I currently just need the External Phone Number Mask value for every line. The export function seems to be used for importing purposes (tried to manipulate template to no avail) and the reporting feature is just by phone, not DID.

Is there an easy way to do this? Seems like it would be a simple query if I knew the database structure.

Any help would be appreciated.

The MAC number isn't saved.. but since the device name is SEP+MAC, it's easy to be separated. You'll have devices in the device table, lines in the numplan table, and the whole thing is linked together via numplanmap table.
