Hide example accounts in Exchange 5.5

is it possible to hide the example administrator and subscriber account in exchange or is there any impact on it?

You can hide both accounts from the address book no problem... you can, in fact, just delete the example subscriber account, it serves no real purpose and isn't included in later 4.0(x) installs any longer.
