HIPAA Compliant Voicemail Transcription for Cisco Unity

Hi All,

We recently purchased (and will likely have to return) Speechview licenses to do voicemail transcription for Unity.  We're a HIPAA covered entity (healthcare) and we thought the transcription stayed on our servers but later found out that the voicemails get sent out to SpinVox (Nuance) as the partner for Speechview and they will not sign a Business Associate Agreement (BAA) with us so we are not able to use their service due to HIPAA compliance.  

Anyone out there subject to HIPAA compliance that is doing voicemail transcription with Unity and if so how are you doing it?  Any advice/ideas would be welcome!  

I'm surprised Cisco did not contemplate healthcare organizations wanting to use Speechview.
