Phone A is forwarded to Phone B.

A call comes in to phone A and forwards to phone B, but then the caller leaves a voicemail, the voicemail is left in the voicemail box of phone A.

How do I get the voicemails to left in the voicemail box of phone B?

Hi there

Please check this post from Rob and see that helps.

https://supportforums.cisco.com/t5/unified-communications/call-forward-to-another-users-voicemail/td-p/2031145.

Calls that come into 7001 and are CFWDALL to 5126 to route to the 5126

So I setup a CTI-RP on a phantom (non-DID) DN of 4241 and set the CFWDALL to 5126. I could then CFWD from 7001 to 4241 which then routed to 5126 with the CLID stripped off and would then give us the desired results

Hope this helps!

Cheers
Rath!

Hi there

You can configure Ext of Phone A as an alternate extension for Phone B's mailbox.

Hope this helps!
