How erase Flash of DMP

Hello,

Please can anyone guide me on format the internal storage or usb drive for DMP 4305G V5.1 ?

We install 200 DMP all country.

We can do either by DMP web interface  or  FTP command or the Digital Manager with advanced tasks /system tasks

Example:

Reboot: set = mng.reboot=1

we have a DMP with Flash = 0 / 0

My apologies,

the 0/0 can be a couple of different issues and should be

investigated by the Cisco TAC.  If you have a service contract, please

open a case with the TAC.

As my understanding..    flash show 0/0  from your DMM, right?

I think it is because of DMP version 5.1  I also face this issue. Last time I sniffer return packet from DMP show that DMP respone 0/0 instead of actual data. I don't know why but it is not effect with your operation.

For your Question about delete data in flash or free up space. I think you need to use ftp command logon into DMP and delete files.
