How recovery DCDirectory password

Customer missed the DCDirectory admin password, is there any way to recover? On CCO, this only is a procedure to change password.

Open a case with TAC, they can get it from the registry.

One thing to check:

Please start Notepad then open C:\dcdsrvr\bin\avvid_cfg.cmd with Notepad and look for the line which says:

call %DCX500RUN%\bin\dcdbtapp /n:0x0400000083 Person "Directory Manager" ciscocisco >>%LOG \avvid_cfg.log 2>>%LOG%\avv

Once you have found this line, in particular look at: "Directory Manager" ciscocisco

Your log may show something else besides ciscocisco. If it does try that password to login. Let me know if this does not work.
