I've searched these forums and cco for what should be an easy answer, but I haven't found it so I thought I'd ask.
What is the supported way (if any) for changing passwords in callmanager? I'm mostly concerned with the administrator password, as I have had several customers express concern if this cannot be changed.
Also, I have found 2 utilities on CCM. One is chngpass.exe and the other is the Admin Utility in the Cisco/bin directory. Can someone clarify how and when these are used? I know admin utility is for synchronizing passwords between accounts and chngpass.exe look like it brings up the dialogue box for changing the administrator password, but I have not been able to find a clear answer as to when these should be used (if ever.)
