Dear all,
I have just activated voice mail service for Local IPPhones. Users can get voice mail both from IPPhones and e-mail.
I want to enable service that users can access their voice mail box at home by dialing access number 0212498xxxx.The user will dial the access number and will pass authentication by entering his directory number as username and PIN as password.
I haven't find any documantation how to enable this on Unity or CallManager?
Could you please help me about this case?

Hi Engin,
It's not really enabling, but all you need to do is create a DDI to the VM-pilot point!
(if your pilot point is not in the ddi range, create a translation pattern)

Dear Monteiro,
We use fake pilot number 8600 and use translation pattern to let users access voice-mail from their home by dialing real voice-mail access number.
The IVR prompt says the service is unavailable although we use the service from local ip phones.
I wonder if there is any options I should enable on Unity or CallManager.
By the way I will try registed DIDs to see if the problem is because of using fake DIDs.
Regards.
