Dear Support Team,
we had hosted meeting 15th Feb 2017 by manager and unfortunately i was not downloaded the file.
now i am trying download the file its shows message" you can not access video file because file was deleted or no longer available and please contact your owner"
please let me know still owner will have the access to earlier recorded video files ? if yes what are the steps download download video files?
