Please elaborate on what you are trying to do.
The DMP remote control is used for navigation for Cast.
They can not be programmed and the remote would have
no effect on non-Cast presentation or video on a Digital Sign
Cheers

Sinhara,
My apologies, I stand corrected. I researched further and play around in my lab
to see if I could get this to work and I successfully configured the color buttons
similar to what you are trying to do. This is what I found out.
VARIABLES
=========
admin = DMP Web Account Username
default = DMP Web Account Password
a.b.c.d = IP Address of DMP
dmm.company.com = FQDN of the Digital Media Manager(DMM) Appliance
MIBS
====
** Use the Following MIB to see the CURRENT Remote Mappings
https://admin:default@a.b.c.d:7777/get_param?p=*.*&init.pop_enable=false
** Configure Buttons
RED
GREEN
YELLOW
BLUE
ASSIGN A BUTTON TO CAST
** Use the Following MIB to see the NEW CONFIGURED Remote Mappings
https://admin:default@a.b.c.d:7777/get_param?p=*.*&init.pop_enable=false
** Use the ADVANCED TASK to SAVE the DMP Settings.
I have tested these settings and they do work…
I hope this helps!

I provided the correct URL syntax above. the URL you added is still incorrect please use the
exact syntax i provided with your specific variables following the legend I provided.
You do not have to have this as an Advanced Task. You can do this directly from the DMP. You can
also directly access the DMP-DM web admin and save settings. You do not need a DMM. I was just
stating an example. The main concept is to SAVE settings after configuration.
You can do this directly via URL also.
https://admin:default@a.b.c.d:7777/set_param?mib.save=1
Please refer to the online DMM\DMP documentation for exact steps if you are confused or need to know
a configuration step.
Cheers!

Great information. I have tested this in my lab and have it working as well. Very cool.
I have a couple of follow up question:
1) I have a playlist of items (either a native playlist or a playlist embedded within a presentation). What I'd like is to have the Fast Forward / Rewind buttons hop between playlist items (and perhapse PAUSE stay on an item). Do you know if this is possible?
2) I'd like to program one of the colored buttons to tune directly in to a channel (udp://239.10.11.44:2341) without going through ETV. Any thoughts?
3) How can I have a colored button load the appropriate page to start playing a video? For example I have a .MPG stored at http://my.example.com/files/test.mpg that I want the TV to play (and loop) full screen when GREEN is pressed.
Thanks!
