If you have not done so already, try to use the IP address of Unity in the URL as opposed to the name of the server (i.e., "ciscounity" in the URL above).
I tend to set up the Unity boxes to use anonymous authentication - this bypasses any Windows authentication problems, and allows you to put in your username/password etc into a form. I find this much more reliable than the default single-sign on....
