I can't manage my IPCC server

Hi, i have installed a backup server with cra 3.5(2), this server is in case the production cra server has a fall. Then i have installed in the backup server a mcaffe antivirus and now i can't manage it trough the web interface, when i write the web url of the cra web application their is no reply.

What can i do?, i will appreciate any help.

Uninstall the antivirus and try to access through web interface,if you are able to manage ,antivirus may blocking the web interface.try to change the settings in antivirus and see.
