Another fun one i'm lost down a rabbit hole. Our main # has the 'if you know your party ext you may dial at any time" one and just one of these extensions doesn't go to the end user but another person in her dept.
Dial the direct # from outside goes to her.
Dial her extension internally goes to her.
Only if you interrupt the main numbers greeting does it send to another person in that dept.
any thoughts as always are appreciated.

Check the call transfer settings on the user account that goes to the wrong extension. Likely there is a configuration error for this on the user account in CUC.
