Hello,
Is it possible to generate a call usage report for RCC usage from IM&P or CPA to determine how many Lync click to call attempts have been made? So, far I haven't been successful in trying to locate a report that with these details:
Number of Calls:
Number of Users (I see the number of associations but we'd like to see the amount of employees that use the feature)
Length of Calls:
Timeframe of past 3 months
Our environment: - CUCM - 10.5.2, IM&P - 10.5.2, CPA - 10.5.1

I don't believe there's any report that will give you that information.
You could use CAR to get reports for calls from those DNs, but that would be all calls.

Thanks for the response Jamie. Unfortunately for us, that suggestion wouldn't help. We have every DN (over 7,000) configured with RCC enabled and wouldn't be able to filter a report to see actual usage for employees using the "click to call" functionality.
