Immediate Divert not working with 7970

I configured the IP PHone 7970 with Immediate Divert. But it is not working. Instead it is showing a blank button with the Answer button when the call comes but is not functional.

The same softkey template when selected by IP Phone 7960. It works and is working. The call diverts to voice mail message.

But it is not working with 7970.

I could not find any search regarding this problem.

However you have mentioned that when you use the same configuration, with 7960, it works like a charm.

I had a similar issue a while back.Need to recollect!! Let me know what the phone load on the 7970 phone.
