Information for new Administrators

All,

I am a Route/Switch/ Firewall Engineer that has inherited a 12.x Environment. I have a 3 node CUCM cluster, a 2 node Unity cluster and a 2 node CCXE cluster. I need some direction to good free training materials and information so I can get familiar with this tech and start managing my environment.

If you are new, but are comfortable with networking, I suggest looking over the Solution Reference Network Design and preferred architecture documentation.
