Install 4.0(2)

Hi,

I am to install ccm 4.0(2). I have the two CD's and 2 formatted servers. The servers doesn't has anything in it. now will those ccm CD's install OS & SQL Server & CCM everything.

Or before installing ccm i need to install anything separately.

Please help.

Which 2 cd's do you have ? Are they OS cd's or CM ?

There are specific hardware requirements for installing CallManager, and when you typically purchase the software with or without the hardware you have several DVDs which include the the hardware installation for Windows 2000 Server, and SQL amongst others including CallManager.

If you are installing CallManager on either a third party server, or on the recommended hardware then you need to ensure that the OS and SQL installed prior installing CallManager.
