Install DMS-5.2.0.25 in UCS-C24-M3

Hello everyone,

Can I Installing DMS-5.2.0.25 in UCS-C24-M3 ??

because , after I insert CD and boot it . I found a warning message.

"system detected unknown".

Ridho,

That hardware is not supported.  DMM & SNS can only be installed on certain UCS servers.  In particular the UCS-C220-M3, UCS-C210-M2 or UCS-C200-M1.  However they get even more specific than that.  You cannot just buy a UCS-C210-M2 and install DMM or SNS, only certain serial numbers are supported, which means you actually HAVE to buy the DMM-C220 part number.

Also, I am not sure but I believe DMM v5.2 could only be installed on MCS boxes, so if that is the case then ANY UCS box would be useless for that version.

so, i must change my equipment to support my dmmvm version 5.2 like MCS or

UCS-C220-M3, UCS-C210-M2 or UCS-C200-M1.
