Hi
Anybody implemented NICE voice logger to the IPCC, i have problem that
if agent login in to the first line of the 7940 we are able to record the voice.
but suppose if agent logs in to second line of the phone, we are not able to record the voice.and i found out with NICE people cisco CTI is not sending the IP Address of the phone.
can some one help me on this.

I don't think the ICM supports voice recording on 2 extensions .

It might be only the second line is an ipcc extennsion (as recommended by cisco when there is a regular extension on the phone as well..), but as far as i know NICE logger needs statically configured ip address and they build a table with ip address and extension for each phone. Will never forget hours i spent on manually configuring ip phones....!!!

HI,
Can anyone tell me whether IPCC is necessary for NICE VoIP logger. We have to use Call Manager Express and IP Phones only. There will be no ICM, CTI, and IPCC.
Thanks,
