I got a customer that is doing a CCM - Ericcson MD110 PBX integration
via a VGW 3640 (IOS 12.2.6) using Q.SIG on a E1 30 ch.
Most of the funtionality are working fine except for the call transfer
between IP phones and legacy phones (and viceversa).
Particularly at the end of the call the channels on the PBX remain
open. The SW version of the Ericsson is BC9 LZY2035115/CNI76/R1A/A.
Does anyone have overcome this situation??
Thanks

Hi, I think I know what you mean. I experienced something like that. You have to set some progress_ind on the dial-peers. I don't have the settings with me, but I think I can post them tomorrow if you would like that.

Dear Paolo,
Do a search on cisco site with "PBX interoperability" and you will find some documents how to configure QSIG on the router with ERICSSON PBX. I think it will help.

Which side is terminating the call? Is it A-side or B-side. The IP Phone side or the PSTN side?
I suggest that you will do 'debug isdn ...' command on the Cisco GW and see that it sends disconnect MSG to the PBX or receivd .

Hi, in the document about interconnecting there is a setting missing.
on the dial-peer pots you should set progress_ind alert enable 8.
I thougt this worked for us.
