We have a Cisco TelePresence infrastructure and network setup which includes a Content Server and Show-N-Share server. We are a 3rd party entity providing this service for many public schools. The question has come up surrounding intellectual rights for teachers and students. Has anyone had to deal with and or have any resources around this issue?
