Intermittent Meet-me connectivity

I have set up a pool of DN for Meet-me conference calls. I have used the following pattern 999999[1-9]. I have 3 remote sites and 1 central site with multiple extensions at each. I am getting intermittent capabilities when I dial into one of the Meet-me numbers. Sometimes I get an answer sometimes I get the fast busy from the same phone right after it worked. It should not be a resource issue. I am only conducting one test at a time.

Steve, questions:

-how many CallManagers are in this cluster?

-to which CallManager is the test phone Active too?

-what version of CallManager?

-are the Meet-me participants being tested, internal callers only or are calls from gateways being tested also?

-can you provide a CallManager detailed trace of a failed meet-me call attempt from the Active registered CallManager of the Phone?

-is transcoding engaged at any point?

1. 2 CMs in cluster

2. active phone to the primary CM

3. CM 4.0

4. Internal calls only no gateways

working on the trace, first time using it.

5. no transcoding resources, all devices set at G.711 for now due to that.
