I'have this messages from PRI to dial-peer for voicemail, but if i try to ipphone to voicemail respond correctly

Hi there,
Can you provide more details please? I am having this same problem and I tried to check this bug but did my account did not give me access to check this specific bug.
Appreciate any assistance please, I really do not know why it is not working properly.

Assuming that you're running an IOS release newer than 5 years old the fix went into 12.4(2), you aren't hitting CSCsa58719.
It sounds like an issue with TCP sockets on the H323 leg. Can you get:
debug voip ccapi inout
debug ip tcp trans
debug h225 asn1
debug h245 asn1
debug cch323 all
Collect via:
Router(config)# service sequence
Router(config)# service timestamps debug datetime msec
Router(config)# logging buffered 10000000 7
Router(config)# no logging con
Router(config)# no logging mon
Router(config)# voice iec syslog
Router# term len 0
Router# sh logg
Also post 'sh run' of the device.
