IOS Telephony service FXO can't recieve inbound calls

I have configured IOS telephony service and have a problem. I can only recieve inbound calls after 10 or 15 rings. I have connection PLAR under the voice-ports but not sure how these reference the ephones. Please help. Outbound seems to work, but the docs are light in connecting up the PSTN with telephony services

The default-destination will not overrite the existing 'connection plar' (design intended), use the alias command for xlattion when SRST kicks in:

Alias 20.. To 4000. Can you get a 'debug voip ccapi inout' , 'show ephone', and the relevant parts of the config? To understand the debug and how the call is being routed see:
