IF IP Communicator cannot reach CallManager server, you cannot close the application nicely. You must use windows task manager to end IP Communicator application.
Any patches?

This may be CSCee30628.
The workaround is to right-click on the IP Communicator icon in the System Tray and select exit.
Refer to CSCee30628 information for when this issue is resolved.
