IP Communicator not working with CCM v-3.1

Hello,

Our Cisco IP Communicator is not working with Callmanager v3.1, while other 7940 & 7960 IP Phone are working fine with it , please suggest some solution.

Thats correct IP communicator will not work with CM 3.1. You will require minimum Callmanager version 3.3.3sr3 and above for IP Communicator to register and operate.

I really recommend that you upgrade your CM version to atleast 3.3(4) or above as you are running a very old Callmanager version release.

You will need to contact your local cisco account team/manager or reseller and request the Cisco Callmanager upgrade CD kit 3.3(3) or 3.3(4) for your supported Cisco server inorder to successfully upgrade from CM 3.1 (SQL 7) to CM 3.3 (SQL 2K).

Yes, CM 3.3(4) "maintance" upgrade release is available on Cisco site. Its not the full CM installation and recovery .iso image. Only .exe.
