IP Communicator Problem, Microphone automatically switches off

Hello,

I´m having a CCM3.3.4 with several Hardphones and IP Communicator running.

The problem is only with the IP-Communicators.

During outbound Calls after a few minutes the caller on the IP-Comm couldn´t be heard on the PSTN-Site for several seconds and comes back automatically after a few seconds.(approx. 10 - 20 sec). During this few seconds the caller at the PSTN-Site can be heard properly.

This problem happens randomly accross all IP-Communicators.

The IP-Comms have different headsets and different PC-Hardware.

This is like a sporadic one-way-voice issue.

All the most likely causes like Gateway-Problem, Switches, QoS, PSTN I´ve already checked.

I´d appreciate any hint.

According to your description you could be hitting

CSCed76879.

IP Communicator version 1.1(3) includes the fix for this issue.

Unfortunately this is not my problem, because an Upgrade to Version 1.1(3) did not fix this problem.

But anyway thanx for this hint.
