IP Communicator Startup Problems

When i'm try to open my IP Communicator, it automatically prompt me like this:

Debug Error!

Program:...Program Files\Cisco Systems\Cisco IP Communicator\communicator.exe

abnormal program termination

This is a Visual C++ related issue, does the Eventviewer give you any infos? also check if your Antivirus or Firewall is causing this issue.
