I've just upgraded to CallManager 5.1.2 from 4.x. We had people using IP Communicator on 4 and we upgraded their clients to 2.1 after the CM upgrade.
Before the upgrades they were able to dial contacts from Outlook and it would use IP Communicator. After the upgrade this will not work.
I wasn't here when they originally set up this feature and I have no idea how to do it. Additionally I cannot find any directions on CCO. Is it even a supported feature in cm5/ipc2?
Any help would be much appreciated.
